Beaver County Transit Authority provides Monday through Saturday Service within the urban areas of Beaver County and connects to Port Authority of Allegheny County at Ambridge. All routes except for the weekday express Route 4 (serving Chippewa and Center Township) connect at the transit center in Rochester, PA.

Butler Transit Authority provides daily Service (except some major holidays) within the urban area around the city and township of Butler. All routes connect at the transit center in downtown Butler, PA. Myers Coach lines provides connecting intercity commuter service to Pittsburgh Monday through Friday.
Cambria County Transit Authority(CamTran)

Cambria County Transit Authority provides service to the Johnstown area and Cambria County with two divisions. The urban division (CamTran) provides service to the immediate areas surrounding Johnstown while the rural division (CamTran+) provides service to Ebensburg and the northern portion of Cambria County with a route that extends to Altoona (Blair County).

Fayette Area Coordinated Transit provides service to communities throughout Fayette County. Commuter service operates to Pittsburgh (weekdays) and Mount Pleasant in Westmoreland County(weekdays and Saturdays).
GG & C Bus(GGC)

GG & C Bus Company provides local service to the city of Washington (Washington County) and commuter service connecting Washington, Cannonsburg and Pittsburgh Monday through Saturday. Connections to Port Authority of Allegheny County are Made either in Pittsburgh or South Hills Village depending on the particular trip.
Indiana County Transit Authority(IndiGO)

Indiana County Transit Authority provides service to the the city of Indiana and Indiana County. Many of the rural routes only operate one or two days per week except for the run to Blairsville, which runs Monday through Saturday. Service in the city of Indiana and immediate vicinity operates seven days per week except major holidays.

Lenzner Coach Lines is a for-profit company that also acts as the Pittsburgh base for Megabus. Since March 2011, Lenzner has provided service between Warrendale and Cranberry to replace the former 13K when Port Authority discontinued the service due to the Pennsylvania Transit Funding Crisis.
Mid County Transit Authority(Town and Country Transit)

Town and Country transit provides fixed route service to Kittanning, West Kittanning, Applewold, and Ford City. It also provides shared ride throughout Armstrong County.
Mid Mon Valley Transit Authority(MMVTA)

Mid Mon Transit Authority serves communities in the Monongehela Valley in Washington and Westmoreland Counties. Commuter service operates to Pittsburgh seven days per week. Additional service connects Charleroi to Rostraver Township (connection to FACT commuter route) and Youngwood in Westmoreland County on Weekdays.

New Castle Area Transit Authority (NCATA) provides service in the city of New Castle and Lawrence County. A few routes extend beyond Lawrence County to provide service to Pittsburgh (Allegheny County), Boyers (Butler County) and Grove City Factory Outlets (Mercer County).

Port Authority of Allegheny County provides service to Allegheny County and parts of Armstrong, Beaver, Washington and Westmoreland Counties. The majority of service radiates from Downtown Pittsburgh while there are other centers of activity that are used as transfer centers outside of Downtown Pittsburgh. Currently, a transit development plan is being studied and beginning phases of implementation will begin in March 2010.

Westmoreland Transit provides service throughout Westmoreland County Monday through Saturday. Additional service operates to Pittsburgh (Allegheny County) on weekdays and Saturdays and Johnstown (Cambria County) on weekdays.
